As a specialized plastic sheet manufacturer with 18 years of expertise in extrusion and thermoforming, we produce extrued black ASA/ABS sheets in our own factory. Available in 2mm and 4mm thicknesses, these sheets feature a coextruded ASA surface layer with medium grain for exceptional UV/weather resistance – ideal for demanding outdoor applications.
Using a five layer co extrusion process, the same color scheme ensures that the cutting/processing edges present a consistent black appearance.
Combining the impact resistance of ABS core with the UV stability of ASA to prevent fading and brittleness.
We provide processing services for incoming materials and customized performance services for boards. Our new machinery can meet customers' different needs for boards, such as patterns on both sides, UV resistance on both sides, and so on.

Easily machinable via sawing, milling, drilling, and laser cutting. Thermoforming/vacuum forming services available through our in-house facility – leveraging our dual expertise in sheet production and forming since 2007.
Note: The textured ASA surface eliminates the need for protective film but may limit film lamination adhesion.
Standard ABS sheets are easily affected by ultraviolet radiation, causing rapid fading and decreased glossiness on the surface of the sheet. At the same time, mechanical properties deteriorate, resulting in increased brittleness and reduced impact strength. Traditional solutions typically involve applying an additional anti UV coating on the surface of the board to address this defect, which not only increases production processes and costs, but also makes it difficult for the durability of the coating to synchronize with the substrate, leading to secondary issues such as coating peeling and cracking.

Compared to the surface protection scheme of traditional ABS materials, ASA/ABS boards have achieved a technological leap from "passive protection" to "active anti-aging". Its characteristic of not requiring additional coatings not only simplifies the production process, but also avoids adhesion issues between the coating and the substrate, providing designers with greater freedom in material application.
